What banks and accounting software do you integrate with?
Bank connections run through Plaid, which publishes coverage of more than 10,000 US financial institutions including all the major banks. We also connect with Stripe for payment processing.
Is my financial data secure?
We use 256-bit AES encryption in transit and at rest. Your bank credentials are never stored on our servers — bank connections are handled by Plaid, and payments by Stripe. Every data change is written to an immutable audit log, and each entity's data is isolated at the database row level. We are not currently SOC 2 certified, and we're happy to walk through our security architecture with you or your auditor on request.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the difference.
Do you offer support?
Yes. Every plan includes email support. Guided adds a quarterly review with an accountant, a quarterly call, and message access answered within one business day.
What happens after my trial ends?
When the 30-day trial ends, the card on file is charged for the plan you selected and your subscription continues on your chosen billing cycle. You can cancel any time before day 30 from your account settings and you won't be charged.
